Middle east undeniably has undergone a huge digital paradigm shift due to the striking technological disruption across the government authorities with the enormous data produced. There has been tremendous acceptance of digital data across these authorities which has resulted in improving the life of the citizens in the region. Many countries in the middle east have also introduced policies to encourage data sharing by making data and digital technologies as the most important pillar for their future vision and strategies.
